We look forward to making the responsible contribution to achieving energy efficiency, effective reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and continuous performance improvement.  We are focused on systems analysis for product performance optimization and refractory service life extension.  Our goal is the longest-lasting product for the lowest refractory cost per ton of steel produced and the least amount of waste.

Our Mayfield, Kentucky plant uses green energy certified by Greenflex Renewable Energy Credits provided by TVA.  We chose Mayfield as our plant site in 2022 for the most efficient location for delivery of incoming barge load quantities of refractory raw materials and closest proximity to key customers for most energy efficient delivery.
